Sea Dreamers 40 x 35

Artist's Statement: This composition was inspired by a friend's photograph.  It immediately invoked childhood memories of family times in Florida.  My sister, Lynn, and I loved to sit at the water's edge, reveling in the heat of the sun and the sight and sound of the surf.  We giggled as the waves broke over our legs, swirled around our arms and tickled our backs.  Artistically, I was excited by the challenge it presented.
